NMWF 2019 Program Committee

Fill out the form below to submit your interest in joining the Neuromarketing World Forum Program Committee for the 8th edition of the event (planned in Rome, March 13-15, 2019)

PURPOSE: The purpose of the program committee is to select topics and speakers for the 2019 edition of the Neuromarketing World Forum.

CHARGE: The committee shall actively search for exciting keynote speakers and evaluate speaker submissions and proposals and select the topics that are most interesting for the broad audience of the forum (marketing and advertisement industry, broadcasting industry, neuromarketing industry, and scientists) 

TIME COMMITMENT: 
September 2018 sees the heaviest activity, speaker proposals are reviewed & selected
There is one 2 conference calls, that are required to join. Dates:

- May 29, 2018 - 15:00 CET
- Sept 11, 2018 - 15:00 CET

QUALIFICATIONS: 
Corporate side candidates: Minimum three to five years relevant experience in a related field (e.g. marketing/sales, market research, business analytics, strategic planning, new product development, etc.), interest in neuromarketing 
Academia: a background in cognitive neuroscience, cognitive psychology, biological psychology or consumer behavior or economics, with proven evidence or a strong interest in developing cognitive neuroscience and imaging skills.

Creative thinking and attending other conferences is highly desirable.

To preclude a conflict of interest, people from and with strong relations to the neuromarketing industry are excluded from the program committee.

TENURE: Membership on the committee shall normally be from the time of appointment through the completion of the Neuromarketing World Forum.

COMPOSITION: The committee shall normally consist of an NMSBA chair and six (6) committee members, from both, scientific (i.e. researchers from neuroeconomics, marketing and/or consumer neuroscience) and corporate side (i.e. consumer insight professionals, marketers, CMO, and/or audience researchers). 

Ideally some of committee members have a strong link with the 2018 destination and local market knowledge.

EXPENSES: NMSBA is not able to cover expenses for committee members. Instead: registration fees for the Neuromarketing World Forum 2019 are waived for all committee members who contributed to the process (travel and accommodation on own expenses)
